This patient attended with advanced bone loss (gum disease ) in 2015. The patient was treated for her gum disease (periodontitis) and has been able to maintain her implant bridge for over 10 years. There has been no bone loss around her implants. The bone levels around her lower teeth have also been maintained. The LL1 incisor was also extracted 10 years ago and was splinted back temporarily but has also survived the same period of time. The UL6 molar was intially retained and survived until December 2021.
