For a whole host of reasons, not all patients are in a position or even desire dental implants. In this case the two failed unrestorable and infected central incisors were extracted. After a healing period an adhesive bridge was fabricated and cemented. Note the slight greying of the lateral incisors because of the metal wings with this type of bridge
